Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Shweta Agarwal

Shweta Agarwal, MD

Dr. Shweta Agarwal is a triple board-certified physician, aesthetic expert, and entrepreneur whose work brings together aesthetic medicine, healthy aging, and individualized wellness care.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, she is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, with more than two decades in medicine.

Her entrepreneurial journey in Bakersfield began with her own medical practice in 2010. Over time, she recognized a powerful connection between how people feel, how they age, and how they see themselves. That perspective helped shape Youthology — a practice where aesthetics, skin health, wellness, and healthy aging can be approached together.

A Philosophy Built Around the Patient

Dr. Agarwal believes medicine should help people stay well, not only respond when disease appears — and aesthetic medicine should help patients feel more like themselves, not become someone else.

Listening and assessment come first. The goal is to understand the concern, anatomy, health context, and individual goals before deciding what belongs in the plan. Her aesthetic approach emphasizes natural outcomes, thoughtful sequencing, and gradual evolution when appropriate.

Science With an Open Mind

Her approach is evidence-informed and open to innovation. Established medicine remains the foundation, while newer technologies and therapies are considered according to evidence, safety, regulatory status, sourcing, and clinical appropriateness.

The goal is advanced care with judgment and restraint — not adopting a treatment simply because it is trending.

Beyond the Clinic

Dr. Agarwal is active in the Bakersfield community, women’s leadership, mentorship, and education. Her work reflects a broader interest in health, confidence, and helping people live and age well.
