Appointment, Consultation & Reservation Fees
Certain appointments — including new-patient consultations, specialty consultations, and appointments requiring extended time or larger procedures — may require an upfront consultation or reservation fee at the time of booking.
These fees are non-refundable and are collected to reserve the provider's time and appointment availability. The applicable amount and terms will be clearly disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
Unless specifically stated at the time of booking, payment of an appointment or consultation fee does not guarantee treatment or a particular outcome and does not necessarily apply toward the cost of treatment.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a late-cancellation or no-show fee according to Youthology's current appointment policy.
For appointments requiring an upfront reservation or consultation fee, that fee may be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled late, or missed, as disclosed when booking.
Fees and policies are subject to applicable law and any applicable payer requirements.

For aesthetic and skin concerns, we review anatomy, skin type, medical history, prior treatments, medications, goals, and downtime. For functional wellness or hair concerns, the intake may be broader and may lead to targeted laboratory testing or additional medical evaluation.
